Robyn comes from a travel agency background, so her experience has assisted us greatly in the Inbound Department at Giltedge Africa.
She joined the company over a decade ago, and is one of our top Senior Travel Consultants specialising in tour groups, tour series, MBA programmes, family travel and top-end individual travellers. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Robyn and she’ll go out of her way to assist her clients in any way possible.
What’s been your favourite safari experience?
A trip that I went on a while ago to Zimbabwe. We visited Mana Pools, Lake Kariba, and Hwange National Park. The level of professionalism of the guides was exceptional. Mana Pools was mind-blowing. It is true wilderness!
Pick one place in Africa that’s forever in your heart?
It’s definitely Mana Pools in Zimbabwe.
Top tip for clients?
It’s never a bad idea to pack a spare t-shirt & smalls in your hand luggage just in case your suitcase doesn’t arrive at your destination. Immerse yourself in your new surroundings and open your mind to new experiences, food, and culture. Wherever you go, always tread lightly.
