WINTER
MAY TO SEPTEMBER
Zimbabwe is a year-round destination, but for the best game viewing, the dry season is ideal. The winter is mild, with warm sunny days and cool, crisp nights. This is the best time for safaris as wildlife congregates around waterholes, making it easier to spot animals. September can already be quite hot and dry in some regions.

SUMMER/RAINY SEASON
OCTOBER TO APRIL
The rainy season brings lush landscapes, dramatic thunderstorms, and fewer crowds. Many animals give birth during this period, making it an excellent time for spotting newborn wildlife. The Victoria Falls are at their most spectacular from February to May, after the summer rains.
