South Luangwa National Park

South Luangwa is located in the largely unexplored and wildly fascinating Luangwa Valley in Zambia, at the tail end of the western arm of the Great Rift Valley. Safari lodges range from modern African luxury suites, set on top of hills and alongside lagoons, to camps in colonial splendor, in the middle of the bush, with all the modern amenities desired.

The lagoons that wind their way along the valley floor provide sustenance to an array of wildlife including elephants, leopards and large prides of lion. Visitors can explore the beautiful region by walking safari or regular game drives; unusual activities on offer are the night game drives offering the chance to seek out nocturnal animals and experience the eeriness of the African bush under starlit skies.
