The Ocean Race: February ‘23
The esteemed Ocean Race will visit nine international cities over a six-month period from January 2023, with participants racing to Cape Town’s iconic V&A Waterfront in February. It will be the 12th time the Mother City has been involved in the prestigious event.
ABB FIA Formula E World Championship: March ‘23
Calling all street racing supporters! Cape Town is likely to host a leg of the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship, an all-electric open-wheel street circuit race. Event organisers have recently published their provisional calendar for the championship taking place between January and July. At the moment, it seems as though Cape Town will host a leg on either 25 February or 11 March.
