Tintswalo at Boulders Boutique Villa

Perched above Cape Town’s renowned Boulders Beach in the laidback south peninsula, Tintswalo at Boulders Boutique Villa offers nine spacious guest suites. Each boasts an open-plan lounge, dining area with fireplace, a TV-lounge and a wind-protected courtyard plus a heated plunge pool that overlooks the bay. The added advantage of staying here is the easy access to the world-renowned colony of endangered African penguins – a major Cape Town attraction. The penguins can even be viewed from the villa. There is easy access to swimming beaches and within short driving distance is the iconic Cape Point with its spectacular cliffs and beaches.

The villa is set just outside of Simon’s Town famous for its maritime history and so the suites are named for famous ships like the Mayflower and Cutty Sark as well as Jan van Riebeek’s Drommedaris. Children are more than welcome here and can be accommodated in the Penguin children’s suite with a dedicated playroom.

The villa can be exclusively booked on a self-catering basis or with a private chef and can accommodate up to 18 adults and four children. A concierge service is on-site to help with booking tours and experiences from a nature walk to snorkelling safaris and guided sea kayaking.
