Stephanie has been part of the GILTEDGE family since 2003, building strong relationships with clients and delivering unforgettable travel experiences. While working in Cape Town, she catered to well-travelled clients, always finding new ways to surprise even the most seasoned explorers. Now based in France, she leads the Nordic Team, working closely with long-standing agents abroad. With a special passion for family travel and honeymoon getaways, she crafts journeys filled with connection, adventure, and lasting memories.

What has been your favorite safari experience?

Floating over the Serengeti in a hot air balloon at sunrise – absolutely magical. The sounds of the morning bush coming to life and nothing but the expansive views and wildlife – its food for the heart and soul.

What is one place in Africa that's forever in your heart?

Sausage Tree Camp in the Lower Zambezi. It’s got all the game, all the luxury – without the crowds. I often catch myself daydreaming about sipping a mojito on the deck, gazing out over the Zambezi River.

Top tip for clients / go to travel hack?

If you’re heading on safari in remote areas, pack a few rehydration sachets to mix with your water. The heat and humidity can take a toll, and these little lifesavers will keep you feeling your best.
