Tell us a bit about yourself

I’ve worked in the inbound tourism industry for nearly 28 years and have gained extensive knowledge of travel over that time. I’m well-travelled and take great pride in delivering excellent service to my clients. Over the years, I’ve specialised in operating tour groups, adventure and golf tours, as well as luxury travel experiences. My attention to detail has helped me build a loyal base of agents and clients. I’m passionate about travel and love designing bespoke trips to create unforgettable experiences.

What has been your favorite safari experience?

My absolute favourite safari experience was during a game drive in the Ngorongoro Crater, when we saw two cheetahs stalk and take down a gazelle. It was such an incredible experience for everyone.

What is one place in Africa that's forever in your heart?

The Serengeti! What’s not to love about those beautiful open spaces? It has extraordinary wildlife sightings, home to the Great Migration and endless grasslands. It may very well be one of the last true natural wonders on planet earth.

Top tip for clients / go to travel hack?

I always advise my clients to pack light. You don’t need a new outfit for every day of the trip. Keep it simple and focus on versatile pieces that can be mixed and matched, so you can travel with ease and enjoy the experience without being weighed down by excess baggage.
