Accommodation in Kruger National Park

South Africa’s largest reserve, the Kruger National Park spans nearly two million hectares (roughly the size of Israel or Wales!). To the west of the park lies the Sabi Sands and other privately owned Kruger reserves, while within the park are exclusive-use areas such as the Singita concession. The Kruger Park is home to a staggering diversity of animals, and is one of the best places in Africa to see the Big 5 including the normally elusive leopard. Our favourite luxury lodges lie in the private reserves and concessions, which allow off-road driving so your ranger can get you up close to Kruger’s formidable prides and herds. Getting there is easy as regular flights connect Kruger to Cape Town, Johannesburg and the Mozambique coast. Several lodges also have their own airstrips.
