Fair Trade Tourism promotes best-practice responsible tourism in Africa. The non-profit initiative is the frontrunner in the development of sustainable and responsible tourism in Southern Africa. This month we’re proud to announce that we’ve been approved by Fair Trade Tourism!
Embracing a holistic approach, Fair Trade advocates for fair working conditions and wages, fair purchasing and operations, equitable distribution of benefits and respect for human rights, culture and the environment.
The initiative also raises awareness about sustainable travel to international (and local) travellers.

As Africa’s leading responsible tourism non-profit organisation, Fair Trade Tourism approval signifies our promise to act sustainably and adhere to Fair Trade’s code of conduct; we are now also approved to promote Fair Trade itineraries, which encourages our clients to travel sustainably.
