Start your trip at the beautiful Mapula Lodge where you’ll be staying for 3 nights. Located deep in the Okavango Delta, in a permanent water area, the traditional lodge has lots of charm. Relax by the pool, go on game drives and glide through lily-filled water channels on your mokoro, a traditional dugout canoe.

Then, take a charter flight to Sable Alley in the Khwai Reserve, where you’ll be staying for 2 nights. This light, bright safari camp overlooks a lagoon and is surrounded by reeds. Spend time relaxing in its beautiful interiors and enjoy its delicious cuisine. Home to hippos, elephants, buffalo and lion, the Khwai Reserve is one of the best game viewing lodges in the area.

From there, you will take a charter flight to The Skybeds, deep in the Khwai Reserve. This unique safari experience features five-metre high, wooden platforms, that overlook a waterhole frequented by 400 bull elephants, along with lion, leopard, eland and zebra. With only three Skybeds, the camp accommodates just six guests making it one of the most intimate camps in Botswana. This adventurous safari is one not to be missed.
