Dulini Lodge has just 6 stone cottages sheltered under a leafy canopy of ebony trees, on the bank of the Mabrak River in Sabi Sands Private Reserve. Owned and managed by husband-and-wife team Iain and Sue Garratt, Dulini is one of those lodges that instantly make you feel welcome and well taken care of. The staff are superb, and service simply can’t be faulted!
Game viewing in this private reserve lives up to Sabi Sands well-earned reputation as one of the finest safari destinations in Africa. Spend a few days at Dulini, and you have an excellent chance of seeing all of the Big 5. As for your guide and tracker team, they’re sure to keep you interested and entertained with their extensive knowledge and amusing anecdotes of life out in the African bush.
The cottages are beautifully decorated with plenty of indoor space, and a shaded deck with a (heated) plunge pool. Between game drives it’s magical sitting out on your private deck – you can even ask your personal butler to deliver lunch for a lazy afternoon of great food, napping and watching antelope come and go at the river.
